HOW WE GOT HERE

Enriching Lives Charity began with a simple but powerful calling: to build stronger communities through faith, connection, and support, both in the UK and in Zambia.

We saw a need for growing churches in Zambia, places where people could gather, find hope, and build lasting relationships. In response, we began supporting church planting in Zambia by mobilising resources and equipping local leaders to serve their communities.

At the same time, we recognised the importance of strong families. In the UK, this led to the creation of the Koinonia Family Conferences, safe and welcoming spaces where couples can strengthen their marriages, deepen their faith, and grow together. Since 2005, these conferences have impacted countless lives.

We also invested in young people through the Ebenezer Youth Conferences, creating opportunities for them to connect, grow, and be inspired. While these camps are currently on pause, their legacy continues in the lives they shaped. Today, our journey continues, rooted in faith, driven by compassion, and focused on lasting impact.
